Who we are
This website is run by 11Vision Limited ("11 Vision", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15997276), with its registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy through our contact form or by post to the address above.
What we collect
- Demo requests. When you use our contact form we receive your name, work email, company, and anything else you choose to share: role, industry, team size, the tools you are interested in and your message, plus your confirmation that we may contact you.
- Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
- Technical data. Our hosting and security providers process your IP address and basic browser information to deliver pages and to tell people apart from bots on the contact form.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal data.
How and why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a demo or follow-up conversation (lawful basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you (legitimate interests).
- To keep the website and contact form secure and free of spam (legitimate interests).
We will not add you to marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides security, including the Turnstile check on the contact form.
- Amazon Web Services receives the contact form submission and delivers it to us by email (Amazon SES). This processing may take place outside the UK, including in India, and is covered by Amazon's data processing terms, which include the safeguards UK law requires for international transfers.
- Our email hosting provider stores the messages we receive at our 11vision.uk mailboxes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request through our contact form or by post to our registered office, and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
